The website deliberately does not hard-code an unverified latitude/longitude pin.

In production:
1. Open Google Maps and search the exact office location.
2. Confirm the pin is the actual Conference Rentals office.
3. Use Google's Share/Embed Map option.
4. Put the official embed URL into `GOOGLE_MAPS_EMBED_URL`.
5. Put the Google Maps directions URL into `GOOGLE_MAPS_DIRECTIONS_URL`.
6. Save the same values in the CMS Site Settings so the address/map can be changed without code.

A searchable map/directions link can be generated from the approved address, but the final embedded pin should be verified on-site.
